Frames to versor algorithm

Given an orthogonal isomorphism as a linear transformation the algorithm is proved to calculate a corresponding versor also in case of an indefinite regular metric and with no exeptions.
A norm condition for equality is discussed.
Similarities are central for image processing and therefore by suggestion of A. Arsenovic included together with a versor-like extension for these.
Some probability considerstions for the definite main case are included.
